The Employee Profile

The Employee profile was designed to give the employer insight into the employee. The test uses the same 60 words as our other profiles but is geared towards helping the employer understand where the employee is at this time in reference to their character, talent and personal traits.

Example:

Sue has been a good employee but lately she isn't doing a good job and is missing work. The manager is concerned and doesn't wish to lose a good employee so the manager has Sue take the employee profile and the report is run. The manager then reviews the report and sees Sue has some problems which could be work related.

By using the report as a starting point and reference, the manager now has a talk with Sue to review the report and try to understand the problem before it's too late. By letting Sue also review the report, the manager has a much better chance of finding out the problem and does not have to resort to "he said/she said" conversations.

The report will detail Sues traits at this time and may be compared to her personality profile she took when she started. This will show the areas Sue has changed in. Her confidence score may be low and by the actual number, the manager can tell how bad the problem is and if there is a solution.

This report may also be used on an employee that is causing problems or has some bad interaction traits to try and control their actions. This makes taking action much easier and can show the employee traits that need to change in order to become successful and get along better with others.
